Pampers premium care works for when baby is a new born, my baby did not experience nappy rash, it fits snug and as a first time mom it was convenient especially with the indicator. I used the other pampers according to baby's growth and now that he is a toddler I will use it again with my newborn. There is literally a pampers nappy type to accommodate each stage of development, Thank you Pampers.
