The Handy Plus Manual BP helped me alot. A week after i gave birth my breast were producing to much milk and my little was not drinking that much yet. When ever my breast was getting hard from to much milk, the Manual BP was quick for the reliever. I stored up alot of milk. When I invested in a electric BP. I still occasionally prefer to use the Spectra Manual breast pump. It works wonders, because I am so blessed with lots of milk produced. Essentially when not at home I would take Manual one with, have my breast bag ready and just after pump. Store breast milk in fridge when we get home. It's convenient and quick.

This pump has great suction and is easy to clean and store. You just have to give yourself time to pump, I found my hands sometimes getting tired.

Easy to clean. Good suction power. A very budget option but value for that money. It's parts are well planned with the stand for the bottle coming in handy on so many occasions when I was practically only able to move my arm from the wrist to my fingers (baby boy was sleeping on me). I liked that it came with a teat, to feed baby (but my boy refused the bottle). So I expressed my milk for someone else's baby. A good buy. Very basic. Great workout too, hahaha
