Peppermint flavoured syrup for relief of pain and fever.
DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DOSE.
While symptoms persist, to be repeated every 4 hours if needed to a maximum of 4 doses per 24 hours for not longer than 5 days.

This is definitely one of the go-to meds that each South African mother has in their household. It's literally been passes down to generations, and I still use it for my baby. It works quickly and its gentle on tummies.

No matter how old your child can be this is one of the meds I will always have in our home. I dont know if its only me but the syrup works best even for adults' as we no longer take the pill but rather the syrup.

My son has fever due to teething I gave him this once in the morning and once at night and it worked well to bring down the fever. I love that there is no alcohol

Definite must have after the 6 week immunizations. Baby doesn’t like the taste of it and it’s a struggle to get them to take it but it works wonders.
