Great for keeping in the car when you have a busy day . I kept these in my baby bag for afterbirth. Helped me get in the nutrition and energy I needed . Especially with breastfeeding

I love the snack cause not only is it healthy but it also tastes really good. You can actually taste the real fruit in it. And my little man loves it.
