I know it says bum cream. But I used it to help clear my son's eczema. I would apply it on the dry patches on his face. I read somewhere that zinc oxide helps clearing eczema. And this bum cream worked for my son

Got this as part of a babyshower gift bag with my 1st born and never used anything else. Made a loint of stocking up on it with my 2nd born. Love it!

Another commonly used diaper cream. Using it after every 3 or so nappy changes goes a long way to protecting from diaper rash. It offers good protection and healing when diaper rash is present. It is also great used on a small bruise after a fall to speed up healing.
