I have tried plenty of different bum creams for my 2 year olds bum but nothing seemed to work, then my one friend told me to try Fissan baby bum cream a d within a matter of a few days the rash was gone and she was so much more comfy... I totally recommend this..

My son has been on cloth diapers for 2 years. He recently had an operation and was on very strong antibiotics. He developed bad diarrhoea that caused bad burns on his bum and upper thighs. I bought fissan bum cream and applied liberally. I also bandaged the area every time. And his skin was perfectly fine within 2-3 days! I would definitely recommend this product.
