This is the best thing for sensitive skin, irritation and rashes. I use it on my little girl for nappy rash and on myself for spots of stubborn and painful eczema... just wish it was safer to use with cloth nappies

bepanthen is a must . as soon as i see my babies getting a rash i use bepanthen and it works excellently.

We will just call bepanthen, ‘the magic bum cream’. In fact, its not limited to just nappy rashes. I have used it on my girls body too with no issues. It works fast and in a matter of days you will find that the rash is completely gone. For a mother with children that have eczema, it was a great relief to find a product that works so effectively.

Used it when my 2nd baby had a terrible nappy rash. It worked fast, it was soothing but it was very pricey. Great product!
