I received this baby carrier as a baby shower gift and although I was excited to use it, for me it was not very practical. Having to try and get the set-up right all the while getting the baby to be all comfy. I switched to another baby carrier that was easier to manoeuvre at the end of the day.

Great product, especially if you want to use a wrap!
However, the customer service was very disappointing. A buckle on ours snapped when my husband gave a (manly) tug - that was a little worrying but i understand these things happen. My main issue was it took so long with customer service that I finally took the carrier back to the store I bought it from for store credit - about 3 weeks. Really not ideal when it is a product used for babies, who outgrow things fast!

The SnuggleRoo is a moms best gift. It is absolutely amazing. When I have to go out with my son for a quick errand, or work around the house I use it. I’m able to get things done and the best thing is that it calms him down. Another thing I love about it it that he falls asleep instantly. It’s easy and safe to use with a light breathable material which is perfect babies. It also encourages skin to skin time creating a bond between mom and baby. I recommend it for all mothers to use from birth.

Absolutely love it, I would recommend it a thousand times. My little one loved being carried in it and made things easier for myself by allowing me to do other productive work. You won't be disappointed if you're a new mum.
