Wouldn't necessarily use this bum cream on a rash. But I love it as a bearer cream. Other than that there are much better brands out there for soothing and healing a nappy rash.

It is a dream in a jar, love it and have been using it everyday. My little man has not had a single rash or irritation on his bottom at all. He is only 3months old but with all the poop nappies and all the changes he is experiencing with his digestive system I have not had a single worry or any rash or irritation at all. His skin is soft and clear!!!

Personally i love it. I have been using it everyday from the day my son was born. I always advise other mums on using it as i have never had any issue with it.

This does not work at all. It's hard and smells. The dove and woolworths brand is way better
