As with any other product there is benefits and disadvantage. Truly I Love this bim cream it's easy to apply truly helps prevent nappy rash and discomfort of some nappys, the lining will still be there when you do a nappy change. Great product I would recommend it anytime, only disadvantage on my side would be that it stains a white material changing mat

This is a very good bum cream product if you do not want to spend a lot on bum cream. It works well to protect my baby’s bum from rashes. He has not had a single rash since I have been using this product.

I absolutely swear by this product and buy it for every baby shower I attend. My first born never suffered once from any nappy rash because of this product, and other products within their range.
