My LO has an extremely sensitive bum. When she makes a poo, her nappy needs to be changed in less than 2 minutes or her bum gets red. On those times when her poo is discovered late and her bum is raw, I have been using sudocreme. After 1 application and the inflamation goes down. IF the skin is broken, it takes 2/3 applications and her bum is okay. I did not use bum creme with the other 2 kids, and I am impressed with Sudecreme. I am a fan and will always have it on my child kit.

My absolute lifesaver for a teething baby. My little girl gets terrible nappy rash when she teeths & this has saved us many times.

The best product ever my daughter only had 1 nappy rash and that is because I changed. After that I went straight back. And you can yous it as a mask for your self as well fantastic product
