I just love this product. My 21months old was struggling with a rash for 3 weeks now, I bought this product, applied it 3 times and can already see a huge different.

Sudocrem is extremely effective. I use this as a barrier cream for my son at every nappy change. It helps to prevent chaffing, irritation and rashes. I find it to do its job incredibly well, and even a small tub lasts a really long time because you only need one tiny smear at a time. It is, however, quite expensive and can be difficult to wipe away if you use it too generously. My advice is to purchase it when Clicks or Dis-Chem have their 3 for 2 sales and to only use a small amount at a time.
