Best cream. Daughter had runny tummy for months as early as 1 month. While we were still trying to figure out what could be the reason she was getting nappy burn regardless how often her nappy was changed and a colleague of mine recommend Bepanthen. From then we never even experienced nappy rash. Now we she is 3 even when she has a mosquito bite, she will say " mommy my bum is sore please apply cream on my bum :) .
