It's the best I used it on my son back in 2010 then in 2014 and il be using it again in 2021. I even use it on my lips it works wonders

I remember using this product for my first born when he he had severe nappy rash. It took about 3 days to clear. I will defs be using Bepathen again for baby no. 2
