Zinplex baby bum spray is easy to use, I came accross it when my daughter had a diaper rush. The Zinplex baby bum spray cooled and soothed the rash area. I also found it gave a bit of moisture to baby's bum and works well with barrier cream so the area did not dry out as it does with some barrier creams alone. When the rash was so bad that I couldn't touch my baby's bum, It was easy to just spray on without touching sensitive parts. It is easy use to use, especially when traveling and you just quickly want to change a diaper without the hassle of barrier cream, but I won't use the spray alone for a pro long time because I find it to not be a thick barrier. I found it works best with barrier cream.
