When I first received this product, I was a bit nervous using it for my newborn because it didn't look very comfortable however for the last couple of months I've been using it and I LOVE IT! It stays in my car and I use when we travel. My son loves it and even falls asleep in it. I regret not using it earlier.

I've had other carriers before but this one is my favourite because its in the more affordable range, can be used for a long time (newborn - 2yrs & 3yrs with seat extenders) it's super easy to get on and off (only watched 1 youtube video), it’s comfortable and it's pretty. The only downer is probably the fact that I cant forward face carry as well (which is frowned upon apparently but the older my son gets the more he just wants to look at everything else). But it back carries & does a great job at putting him to sleep when I do front carry.
